Diet for Constipation, piles
What you should take?
In morning take milk, fruits, salad and juice.
In afternoon you have to take whatever you consume normally but eat fruits salad also.
Simple household food like dal, chapatti, vegetable, buttermilk consumes it.
Drink water at least 20-25 glass per day.
Take green vegetable, fiber riched fruits, vegetables.
In evening eat household snacks.
In night eat milk, and salad and fruit.
What you shouldn’t take/avoid?
Don’t take oily, fried items and outside food.
Don’t take toast, khari, biscuit, meda, puri, besan items.
Outside junk food like bhajiya, pakodi, chewda, pizza, dabeli, idli, dosa etc. don’t take.
Don’t take potato, namkeen and spicy things.
Completely avoid non-veg.
In household food also, consume food having less oil and spicy.
If patient is diabetic, then don’t take fruits and rice, potato also.
If diabetes is more 400-500 then don’t take food without the instruction of doctor.
HTN, then consume less salt.
